Do you charge for egress?

No surprises. Inter-AZ traffic is free. Egress to MNFST CDN is free. Public egress is $0.01/GB after a generous monthly allowance.

Is there a free tier?

Yes. Every account gets one vm.nano, 50GB object storage, and 100GB CDN traffic free per month, forever.

How does hourly billing work?

Per-second metering, billed monthly. Stop a VM at 17:32:14 — you pay for 17:32:14, not 18:00.
